Some of my iCloud settings are in Japanese?

If you go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, and Calendar > Default Calendar > you're supposed to see: Calendar and Birthdays, right? But in my phone, it has Calendar with a blue dot, a Japanese text which I think also means Calendar because it also has a blue dot, another Japanese text with a green dot (I don't know what it means), and then Birthdays with a red dot.

Same goes with my Notes. If I go to Notes and tap on Accounts, I'd see From my Mac, iCloud and another one with a Japanese text. How do I disable the Japanese words?

That is strange. If you are using iCloud, I would make sure that your iCloud account is set to English. To do this go to https://www.icloud.com/, login with your Apple ID, and then once you are into iCloud, click your name (top right), then in the Language section make sure it is set to English.

If it was set to Japanese, you may need to remove iCloud from the iPhone then reconnect it (to push the new settings and change name), or it might resync.

Hope this helps,

David
