I am trying to create a Grocery List using Numbers 2009. I plan to put everything I purchase at various stores in this, showing Foods, Aisles, How Many, etc. My question is how can I view and then print ONLY the items I check off? Is this possible? Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.

Use the Reorganize button. Set Reorganize to show only the rows where the column containing the checkbox is TRUE.

Hi Barry, Thank you for your reply. Sorry it took so long to say anything, but I just now remembered I had asked the question. For some reason (probably because I checked the wrong thing in Notifications) I did not receive a notice that somebody had posted an answer. Again, thank you every so much. This is really timely, too, since my Grocery app update on iPod got totally goofed up.
