Having a lot of trouble setting my Bell Express vu PVR UHF remote to control my Apple TV. Tried the "Learn Remote" steps and does not work. Is it because it is a UHF remote?
Any way to get the remote programmed to control my Apple TV?

Yes, it can be done.
First, you have to program the Bell remote in aux mode to a non-existant dvd player
I used 0656. It took me awhile to find a code that allowed both skip buttons and fast foward/rewind.

This tricks the Bell into sending an IF signal.
Next, you can go ahead and "Learn Remote" on the Apple TV. I had to set the chapter ahead and back buttons to the recall and info buttons.
