How do i get rid of the magnifier that is attache dto my cursor?

Do you mean the cursor itself has been magnified? ...or that an icon (glyph) of a magnifying glass has been attached to your cursor?
What version of OS X are you using?
If there is a rectangle following the cursor around which magnifies the area within the rectangle (like a magnifying glass would), go to System Preferences > Universal Access > Seeing, and in the Zoom section change the pulldown menu for "Zoom style" from window-in-window to Fullscreen.
