Can Apple create a Stamp to add onto pdf files like "paid" and the ability to add date onto it?

Would be very handy for business who have electronic invoices and need to create a paid stamp or other messages onto them.

There would be many other uses for such as well!

I have Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional on my PPC iMac that I'm using now, and on a Macbook Pro I have Adobe Acrobat Professional 10.0. On the version 7, once you have a pdf file open, under Document one selects "Add Watermark and Background ..." and then there is a page where you can specify the font, placement, style, etc. of either a watermark (that appears like a stamp over the page) or a background. It actually edits the pdf file and you have to save it with a new name unless you don't mind overwriting the original.

Keep in mind this is Adobe Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader which is free).
