How do i know if I have malware (Flashback)?

I read tonight that this Malware may have have infected over 600,000 machines.......disguised as Adobe Flash update.


How do I know if I my update was legitimate?

Sorry, no. I have Office 2011 and I don't recall it ever asking for incoming connections. Since I'm behind a trusted router all the time I don't normally have my Firewall turned on, but have done so now to see what might happen. I also use Little Snitch which is mostly an outgoing firewall, but I checked and there are no entries either way for Word. Where is the incoming request coming from and what port?
