Reaching Apple in Holland (0800 and 0900 and e-mail is not available)

Hi There,

How can i reach the Apple store in Holland.

I am staying in France and it is impossible to call a 0800 or a 0900 number from France.

Also i cann't find an e-mail adres.

I bougt a Ipad and asked to make the delivery at a ducth adress, but UPS couldn't deliver because there was no one at home at that time.

UPS has a 0800 number and no e-mail contact; Apple has a 0900 number and no e-mail contact

Does anyone have a solution?
