HELP PLZ!
I have the regular ipod touch. I had to restore it to factory setting which deleated all my updates as well as data. Now it will not let me update to anything higher than a 3.1.3. How doI fix this??

It's not as simple as I thought an again I did not mean to aruge. I am 7 months pregnant and on bed rest and when it quit all my stuff got deleted. It is possible if they change a part of the hardware in the iPod in stores. That's why I called the store because it didn't make since. I'm sorry I don't understand all these things. Again no arguing ment. Jut feeling a little attacked when I try to explain something.
