Show all notes in calendar doesn't always work

I have an iPhone 4s running iOS 5.1 (although I had this same issue on my 3GS previously.)

I have my calendar and mail synced with my work, which is using Microsoft Exchange. My issue is with the notes in some calendar entries (always meeting invitations.) They don't always show all the note content. Even with the "Show all notes" option is available. Does anyone know why? It's inconsistent - some show all the note content properly, others don't.

Well the way that I fixed the issue was to recreate the calendar event in MS Outlook and make sure the information in the note field is just plain text. There is a problem when you put html code in the note field. The other problem is when you are invited into a meeting using MS Outlook and the other user has html code in the main not field. I had to just copy the text from the html code and delete the content and paste just the text back in and it worked.
