Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I've been downloading FREE games on to my ipod touch, from the App store on my ipod. I just recently looked at my credit card amount, and I see I've been charged by ITUNES for the Apps.....Am I being ripped off, because I'd love to sue?

If the apps are free, they are free.
If you've been charged then you were not selecting free apps. It's really not that difficult to come to a logical and intelligent conclusion.
If you're still confused or believe you've been mistakenly charged, contact iTunes support.
This could have been an In-App Purchase. Many Games Apps, though free, allow you to purchase within the game for extra tokens, games levels, bonus etc.
In-App Purchase is turned on by default. If you donot want In-App purchase, you can turn it off. Go to Settings>General>Restrictions>Enable Restrictions then turn off In-App Purchase.
