does anyone have any experience with virtualization on VMWare ESX and Lion Server or Snow Leopard Server?
Currently, there is no official support from Apple to virtualize OSX. The only way I've heard of people doing it is jailbreaking the operating system which is a direct violation of the ToS and EULA.
I am unaware of any plans on behalf of Apple to support a VMWare Hypervisor envrionment.
