AppleTV : iTunes account problem
When I try to watch anything on AppleTV,new or previously purchased, I get a message: "There is a billing problem with a previous purchase. Go to the ITunes Store on your computer and click Purchase History to resolve the problem. " When I go follow these instructions using my iPad, I get a list of shows I bought, but no hint of either a problem or anywhere else to go to resolve a problem. when I go into account management, all my payment info. Is correct. what can I do to regain use of my Apple TV and my iTunes Account?
