What is the Apple Method of Making a DVD Copy of Leopard?

I use a PowerPC G4 Mac (QuickSilver 2002). I run Mac OS X 10.5.8 Leopard. I use the original Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-104. I have an external dual-layer DVD burner.

1 What is the Official Apple Method of Making a DVD Copy of 10.5.8 Leopard?

2 What is the Official Apple Method of Making a Boot Disk in OS X Leopard?

Is the answer to question number 1 (one) and question number 2 (two) result in the same DVD?

Power Mac G4 (QuickSilver 2002) Dual, Mac OS X (10.4.11), I also use MacOS 9.2.2

If you use either retail, or the disk that came with it, or a clone backup made with that machine can boot via Firewire.
