My iMessage is not working

My iMessage hasn't been working all day, it won't activate. I'm in Australia. I spoke to tech support and there was no resolution and they said the system is up and running again since the outage. Anyone else in Aus having problems?

I'm from Sydney and am having the same issue (and have been all day) ..... Anyone know how to resolve this???

I have had trouble with it all week here in Canada. All I did was go into phone settings - messages- iMessage

I turned off iMessage (which was on all along and not working). I turned it back on and it worked. Who knew/

Restarting my iPhone resolved this problem for me

You have to do the new update on ipod and then it will work but sometimes it will stop about 1 inch from the edge when it does that you have to wait for them to text you this works for me hope it works for you😀➕

why do that when there is an easier way promise not in a bad way🙂

What I just did, and i had a similar problem, both Facetime and iMessage were not working on my mac. If you try to sign in to iMessage, I got a reference code which you are then instructed to give to applecare support, and they will re-activate your apple id for both. I think this has something to do with the recent security breaches. Bon Chance et Bon Travail
