I have already given a detailed instruction above, on how to open a free ID. But the problem is we cannot use an ID created without credit card for Apple TV.

Actually, we just have to uninstall any apps which has an age restriction, and the 'none' option will appear. Example: Google chrome

Me also. It is not showing none option.
