Actually its really easy. Took me a couple days to figure out but works simply and flawlessly for me now.
The first thing to remember is that the headphones are Bluetooth not WiFi. With that in mind they're not really AirPlay compatible sorta (Something I wish would happen).
So heres how you do it. When paired with whatever its currently paired with just press and hold the middle of the beats button till you hear the Beats jingle'y sound. That signifies its in pairing mode. Now you can pair with another one of your previously paired devices always through the actual bluetooth settings on that device. This is the annoying part that makes me wish it was working with the Airplay interface but it doesn't. So:
To pair with a computer: Go to Bluetooth System Prefs and click connect with your headphones. Or select your headphones from the Bluetooth menu if you have it showing.
To pair with an Apple TV: Go to Bluetooth in the Settings app and select and connect to your headphones.
To Pair with you iPhone or iPad: Go to Bluetooth in the Settings app and select and connect to your headphones.
So its the same process for any device. Click and hold the Beats button till it makes the jingle, then go to Bluetooth settings on whatever device, find your headphones in the list and click connect.
Just have to realize its not an Airplay thing which *****. My Bose Soundlink Mini is a bluetooth speaker and it works with Airplay AKA shows up in the Airplay list of options but these headphones do not for some reason.
