Can you navigate my website?

I'm a PC user myself so I can't check this out. I have a Mac user client using safari who can't seem to navigate around my website. I've been asking my Host and they haven't been able to help.

He has a new apple computer, and he says ..

when I enter your web site...under "creative builders" when I click on "kits", "plans" "japanese" "about us" or "contact us" my computer freezes...in other words, it just see there, waiting for the site to come up and it never does. No drop down windows or anything, its just that your site does not move from one area to the next smoothly. Now this is on my 6 month new apple computer....and as I said, everwhere else I go, no problems.....

Could some of you please go to my site and see if you have problems with my links Etc? No one else has reported this but then, how would I know?

Hope someone can help :-)

It really has nothing to do with your site, which I don't see anything wrong with. It has to do with the client's DNS provider and/or Internet gateway.

Thanks Chamar! I sent that last reply of yours about being suspicious about my ISP, to my Host, and they're asking for a tracerout.

So Link, or BT, or whoever else has the problem with my site loading, could you do one for me and post the results?

1. Open Finder, go to the Applications folder, then the Utilities Folder.

2. In the Utilities folder, launch the Terminal application.

3. Type the command traceroute woodsshop.com and hit enter.

whoops, I bet posting a tracerout of your computer, on the internet is not too smart, so can we PM on this site? Or I could send someone my email address. Really curious and hopeful to see what a TRoute reveals to my Host about my issue.

Well my client can't seem to figure out how to run a traceroute for me. BT, or Linc, could one of you run one for me please? I need to figure this out and it seems that's how I'll find where the problem is.

Well... this is really strange. I am unable to access your site at all today using either my Macs or a Windows laptop. I've also tried several DNS servers, all to no avail.

You can see from the Traceroute below where it is getting 'stuck'. I am coming from the UK.

Can you explain why, when using the link to the web based utility you just provided I can Ping and Traceroute to Joe's site with no problem. When I try either Terminal or Network Utility versions of the same they fail? All on the same iMac.

If you note my previous posts... up until today I have had no problems accessing Joe's site with all the links he was asking to be tested working.

Today, for no apparent reason I am unable to access his site at all. I am simply trying to help him diagnose a problem.

I sent that Network Tools link to him Chamar, he tried it but said 'nothing materialsed'.

I don't think he's very computer literate at all.

I am sorry for sounding paranoid, but I don't know enough about the info that is contained in the Traceroute and if any of that info may be able to be used to identify me / where I am by someone who IS tech savvy.
