How do I get rid od this thin black line that appeared across the screen ?
It runs top to bottom, the longer length of the screen.
iPad (3rd generation) Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1
Contact Apple, it is probably a defective screen. You can try Resetting it by holding the Sleep and Home buttons till you see the Apple icon and Restoring it using iTunes to rule out software issues, but it is more than likely a defective unit.
I tried a hard restart and a system restore.
The line is still there.
