I have installed The Sirius/XM app on my Iphone4s. I am unable to simply close the app. I have to completely log out which requires me to reenter all my log in information everytime i want to open the app. I have read the FAQ which says to go under setting/help and then exit. when i go to settings/ there is no help/exit option. all that is available is "log out".... which requires me to reenter all my credentials every time i want to restart the app.
any help??
the app works great otherwise. I just dont want to have to completely log out and then reenter all my info everytime i want to turn it back on. there should be a simple exit option, which the FAQ says there is.... but im not seeing it
You aren't the only one. Apparently this update has many bugs & I suspect a new update will be pushed out to correct the mess.
Try deleting the app, then resetting your phone:
Press the sleep/wake button & home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release.
Now redownload the app & try again.

No. Resetting your phone is similar to rebooting a computer. No user data or settings are touched.
