Factory Reset Ipad

I recently bought an ipad that was a demo in a store. I didn't think it would be a problem because I would just factory reset it to the normal setting. However, there is no factory reset option for me to chose. I am going through the settings - general - and scrolling to the bottom but there is not a reset option. Also... I downloaded new apps and I cannot get them to delete by holding them for ten seconds.... I currently own an Ipod touch which I thought would be similar but apparently not 😟

Thank you for your help!

See if restrictions are turned on. The reset choices should exist at the bottom.
