Do you have an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad connected to your computer when you see this problem? And does it go away if it's disconnected?
If it only happens when a Apple device is connected, try the steps in this article or restore the device.
hi, the anti virus was the problem. Once removed it worked.

I have encountered this error today. My iTunes library is on an external HDD. It appeared that the HDD was full which was causing this error and now after making up some space things are working great.
I cannot sinc to my ipod touch ,I am getting an error 13014 I deleted the I tune and reinstall also re store my ipod and lost every songs , What can do to sinc music into my ipod touch
