Help me decipher this kernal panic log?

I have replacement ram on the way from OWC and I am hoping that it is a RAM issue because as a college student who goes to Davis. I am hoping someone here can help me either confirm or tell me otherwise what is going on with my computer. I get panics ~every 15mins.

The formatting for panic might be better on macrumors: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1361144

Boot into Safe Mode and see if that fixes the panics. If it does then start by uninstalling all the third-party stuff that installed extensions. The ones in particular are indicated in your log:

com.smarttech.iokit.SMARTBoard 9.7 (addr 0x9da000, size 0x8192) - last unloaded 392421944350

loaded kexts:

com.sophos.kext.sav 7.3.0

com.nvidia.CUDA 1.1.0

xxx.qnation.PeerGuardian 1.1.9

com.paceap.kext.pacesupport.snowleopard 5.7.1

com.AmbrosiaSW.AudioSupport 3.2

Kernel panics are often caused by third-party software, and you have the following third-party kernel extensions installed:

com.sophos.kext.sav 7.3.0

com.nvidia.CUDA 1.1.0

xxx.qnation.PeerGuardian 1.1.9

com.paceap.kext.pacesupport.snowleopard 5.7.1

com.AmbrosiaSW.AudioSupport 3.2

The Sophos one I also have, and it hasn't caused me trouble so far. I'm not at all familiar with the others, though. You should try removing those, one at a time, and see if the panics go away. (You can also hold the shift key down at startup to enter Safe Mode, which disables all third-party software like this. If the problems don't go away, don't bother with this, as it's more likely to be hardware in that case.)

ok i will try that, but i have uninstalled everything save for sophos and NVIDIA CUDA because i got an update for it, but i am now uninstalling that as well. I thought that if i start my computer on safe mode and it fails to start up, like it panics in the middle of it, then that means that there is something wrong with the computer beyond the extensions, because i checked that panic log and it panicked before any extension was loaded.

at least that's what i think from what i can understand from it
