I don't have an Installation disk for iLife, but I need to reinstall iMovie. How to I do it?

If that version of iMovie came with your computer, use its original disks. If not, you'll either need the iLife installation disk or to purchase it from the Mac App Store.

If you have iMovie on an external HD or on another Mac you could use Migration Assistant to tranfer it.
If you use Migration Assistant you will get all the Appls. on that HD.
Hi Niel, now I have the original disks but I cannot find iLife. One disk is the Mac OS X Install DVD and the other is Applications Install DVD.

Hi Niel, there's a "customize" button. Ok, I reinstalled iMovie, but I'm still having the same problems.
Thumbs are grey, no video source....
