Kernel Panic While Cloning HDD!!

I put a second hard drive in my Power Mac G4 Quicksilver 2002, and I decided to clone the old HDD to the new. The first time I tried it, it went on, never starting, just saying "calculating estimated time." In my foolishness, I closed the window, and ignored the warning. The second time I tried it, it went on for a good while, so I left it to it. When I came back the kernel panic screen was up. I restarted the computer, and checked the second HDD. It had about half of the Applications copied into it, so it was working initially. I booted with my install DVD, and ran disk utility and both disks were fine, no repairs needed. What happened? Should I try it again? Should I erase the second HDD and then try again? What was the problem? Did I do ANYTHING right? If anyone knows what it means, this was the kernel panic info:
