iPhone 4s with Parrot device

I have a parrot car kit and I have my new iPhone 4 s paired no problem. I can call someone and chat, again, no problem, that is until someone else call me while I am talking to another person, I can accept the incoming call but then the iPhone goes back to using the speaker on the handset? yet on my old Nokia I am still connected, any idea's why this happens or how I can remedy my problem?

Just to give an update, I have been advised by Parrot to use the car kit remote rather than the iPhone, so when I want to take a 2nd call, I have been advised to press the red button to end my first call then the green button to accept the 2nd incoming call, so going to give that a go:)
