Apple TV on a Commercial Property

I have just purchased a property and im in the process of settin up as a cafe.

I have A tv In the dining area and a projector HD TV in the smoking area.

Would have I have 2 buy 2 Apple TVs, and can I control all my itunes from my IPad 2 be played via the TV and connected speakers?

Does Apple tv have Wi Fi built in? Will my customers be able to connect to wi fi via apple tv?
