How do I set mail to require password each time?

I can't get my mail account to ask for password on each access. How do I change that to ask for password each. time I access email?

iPad (3rd generation) Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1

- Use webmail

- What sort of works for the Mail app is to go to Setting>Mail and turn the mail accounts off. Then go to Settings>General>Restrictions and turn on the Restriction and prevents changing accounts. To access mail you have to turn off the restriction and then turn the Mail account back on.

The only way outside of the work around is through purchasing an app on iTunes. If you have Gmail there's two of them. One is Safe Gmail and the other I believe is Secure Gmail. I haven't used them personally, but do know they're out there.
