I can't find my podcast on iTunes

When I search iTunes for my podcast (First Assembly of God Hibbing), it says nothing is there. The podcast was submitted and approved years ago, and everything worked fine until recently. Actually I think it stopped working last summer but I wasn't aware of it. 😟

I believe the problem is with my feed.xml file. The feed generator that I originally used stopped working so I have a new one that another guy set up for me but he left me hanging with the iTunes part of it. I stumbled my way through it the first time several years ago and barely remember what I did and so far have been unsuccessful in my attempts at making it work. I tried re-submitting the podcast to iTunes but got a message saying it has already been submitted. My xml data is below.
