icloud mail down

Soon 48 hours without mail in Stockholm.

When can we expect the system to work again?

I'm in California and I use iCloud for my business. It's been down since Monday night! So frustrating but I am worried of the duration of this problem.

@Carlo, why would you even come on to a forum that is discussing iCloud email problems when you are not having any? And, since you found your way here, did it occur to you that you might be part of the 98.9% (according to Apple) that is NOT affected by this outage? Not that either question matters in this matter, just basic human curiosity, I guess.

I spoke with an Apple tech and his supervisor this morning. Their reponse was predictable: They are aware of the problem and they are doing everything they can to fix it and no, they are not in a position to offer long-time customers like myself any sort of compensation.

My mail has just come back online this morning (Australian Eastern Standard Time). But I think that I have lost email over the outage period.

Hope you guys/gals get your email service back soon.

The service is back up and my emails are slowly coming in. Not lost just delayed.
