Ipod Touch 4th gen wont turn on, or install drivers properly...

I Have an Ipod I had recived from my cousin to try and fix. The Ipod does not turn on but the first time I plugged it in, the drivers installed correclty, but I could not restore it (error 1600) Then I tried DFU mode, that didnt work. So I then uninstalled the driver to try and re-install it, now it shows up as 'Apple Mobile Device (DFU Mode)' with a yellow exclamation mark and won't properly install the driver or show up in Itunes. Any ideas on getting the Ipod out of DFU and properly reinstalling the drivers? I've already tried re-installing Itunes for this. I have also tried every possible solution on this website for the 1600 error. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

my ipod touch wont turn on at all it wont regester on itunes wont charge and i held down both buttons for at least 30 seconds and still wont turn on i charged it for hours but still wont turn on

Please help im really upset that it wont turn on

Nothing yet :( it won't turn on, charge or do anything when I press the on/off button and home. The screen is just black

Had this problem since April and can't seem to find a solution, I would go to an apple store but there is none in my area and my warranty had just ended

I have not gotten it fixed yet. I am still planning on taking it to the Apple store to see if they can do a restore on it.
