Why is it that i can not play my tv shows and movies

I have been having issues viewing my tv shows and mvies in itunes version 10.6.1 for windows 7. I have went throght there support articles and adjusted the settings recomed to fix the issue and it still exists. This issue dod not happen to me when running version 10.6 but when they updated us to version 10.6.1 the issue cam up preventing me to veiw my conetent. I have even tryed reistalling the applicashion which did not fix it. Can someone help me out even if it is somone who works for apple. sine i am not gettign anywhere with this.

Itunes-OTHER, Windows 7, (64 bit)

Open QuickTime player

Edit > Preferences > QuickTime Preferences

Then go to the “Advanced” Tab

Under the Video section, Select DirectDraw “Safe Mode”.

Ok typed that in the past but does not fix the issue. I suspect that there is a bug in the itunes sfotwere that apple needs to fix.

I am still working on mine. I am going to try a few more things to see what is trigierg the issue to come up.

Ok, I have found the issue. For thoes of you who are having the same issue please try resinstaling itunes by removing itunes along with the apple update program as well as qucktime and if that does not work then i am afrade you will need to restore your system back to factery and if that fixes it after you reload everything i sugest having a back up made in a way so if an issues comes up you can resotre it from the hard disk. If you need extra help or have questions just add a post.
