Finding my FTP's

Can someone help me find my web site details required by my new hosting company.

They're asking for :

FTP login details,

FTP host,

FTP user,

FTP password,

and FTP port.

I use iWeb '08.

The web hosting company say I have to get them from Apple, is this correct?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Nothing will change after swapping hosts. You'll just update your site in the normal way in iWeb and then you publish to a folder as before and upload to your server using Cyberduck - no alternative if you are using iWeb 08. If you publish to a folder you don't have to upload the whole site again though - just upload the pages that you have changed and that is it - remember to upload the changed html pages and their corresponding files too - this contains all the css for the pages.

Other than that, nothing at all has changed.

Well that's good news.
