How can I change the language setting on my Mac?

I've got a similar problem. I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements from the App Store, downloaded it but, a couple of months later, needed to remove it and download it again. It downloads fine - but in German.

App Store and Apple customer service have been completely useless.

To change the language of a parrticular app, try

http://www.tj-hd.co.uk/en-gb/languageswitcher/

It will only work if the app is multilingual, like all of Apple's are. I don't know about Adobe's.
