imovie manual

Hi,

I am trying to use imovie to edit some movie clips in my new ipad. However, I couldn't find ways to do things I want, such as splitting a video clip, adding a blank scene, etc. Where can I find the user manual? Thanks.

Hi Terence,

Apple seems to leave the manual writing to others. I recommend "The Missing Manual" series by David Pogue. He has one for iMovie 11: http://itunes.apple.com/us/book/imovie-11-idvd-missing-manual/id426808422?mt=11

It is available in print as well.

I know it is confusing, but you are posting in the iMovie for Mac discussion group, so all the answers you are getting pertain to iMovie on the Mac.

If you have questions about iMovie on the iPad, you can ask your question in the iMovie for IOS forum and get answers from people who are knowledgeable about that product. I have iMovie for iPad as a curiosity, but I have never really used it.
