Finder crashes in Lion 10.7.3

I own a iMac 2011 model., running Lion OS 10.7.3..., Recentrly i installed Total finder 1.3.4.. and ever since i have problem with my finder... it kept on crashing like anything.. opening new windows every now and then., got totally frustated and unstalled that through clean my mac., Then faced problem like sometime mission control and launchpad and hot corners were not working., restarted my machine and set the PARAM and did repair of disk verification., so after that now i had only the finder problem... i went thru the discussions and downloaded the "MacOSXUpdCombo10.7.3" and installed that.. so now the opening of new window by itself has stopped but now as per default settings if the finder opens freshly with the "all my files" it freezes and never responds back., so i need to relaunh finder always.. as of now i have changed preference and its fine.. but i need a fix... how do i fix this issue ?? I have all the updates installed till date for all the softwares i got installed in my iMac..
