Converting from Garageband to MIDI without Logic?

Okay, so I've written a song in Garageband, and I want to convert it into a MIDI file. As far as I'm concerned, the only way to do this is using Logic Pro. I don't really do a LOT of music stuff, so there's really no point in me dropping $200 on a piece of professional software just to do something this simple. Is there ANY other way for me to convert my written music into a MIDI file? Or is anybody on here with Logic nice enough to maybe convert it for me? This would help me out a LOT.

Logic Express is cheaper than Logic and will also do the job.

And sure, if you mail the project to me or, better, give me a download link, I can export a midi file for you.

Awesome! Thank you! So the GarageBand file actually has 7 midi tracks. I basically condensed 7 piano parts from 7 different songs into one GarageBand file. It is not going to sound good fyi, but if you could just convert all the tracks in the file I can seperate them in DP. I hope that makes sense. I guess all you really need to know is that the Garageband file has 7 tracks. Whew. Anyway, let me know if that works and makes sense. Thank you so much again!
