For a few days now, every time I try to download a FREE app I get asked all my CC info and it asks me if I am sure I wanna purchase that item.
Has anyone had the same issue? How can I solve this?
I gave all my CC info when I first made my Apple ID and until now I had no problems downloading free or payed items.

Have you asked Apple support?
Choose none if you can. For some users the None is not available.
Hi please try to go to setting> appstore> automatic download, and turn it ON... This worked in my case, now i can download free apps without getting my billing info anymore.. I hope it will work for you too

I think the biggest question to answer is why some do not have NONE as a cc option.
Is it a location, or legacy based decision by appstore/itunes?
Why they want to charge me for a free app?
