Hi
I want to transfer photos and vidoes from my Iphone4 to my laptop.As soon as I connect the phone to laptop..itunes will pop up and it starts the sync process.Even after closingthe itunes program I am not bale to view the Iphone in 'My computer' to transfer the files.

Under the General tab click Change Settings and from there you can uninstall the driver.
If your device won't show in iTunes see iOS device not showing in iTunes for Windows.
If your device won't show in Windows Explorer unlock it before connecting to USB.
