Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect.

This is frustrating. I have a developer account with a mobile app ready for publishing. I have setup this iTunes Connect account, and reset the password several times, but it continues the display the following statement without allowing me to login. On top of that, there is no over the phone or chat support from Apple personnel.

I agree with profsl, your link to twitter was no help. So basically the Apple website doesn't function properly; it doesn't allow to people to fill out an iTunes Connect Online Application.

How am I supposed to fill out an iTunes Connect Online Application? The link doesn't let me login. Why?
