4th generation touch
Has stopped working, wont turn on or reset? still under warranty. Has anyone else had same problem will this mean haing to take to shop or do I have to call first etc?

Then make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. If you iPod is defective and not abused Apple will replace it.
