Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I recently did a clean re-install of OS 10.5.1 and now iTunes 10.6.1 won't start -- it tells me I need QuickTime 7.5 or higher. I have QuickTime Player 7.7 installed. What Gives?

Try updating to Mac OS X 10.5.8 Combo Update.
Thanks, I did update as you stated. Should have mentioned it. But later I decided to check out QuickTime, and it would not open. So, I contacted the Apple help line and they led me to a download of QT 7.7 to replace my existing. Then iTunes opened right up.
