Ok all after long frustrating hours, I think I have figured out how to change your security answers. apple support ***** and doesn't help. some reason that link isn't there to recover your answers and it doesnt look like they are going to fix it soon. soooooooo I took my friends laptop and used his Itunes. I logged him out and signed myself in. I then purchased a song and it asked me a couple of questions and took me to the security questions, like i was signing up again. I then answered the questions with simple answers and WROTE THEM DOWN (hint, hint). and presto it works again. I hope this works for all of you! and think of it this way...how does a hacker change your password/ questions? by logging into another computer with Itunes....good luck!

Finally got my security questions reset.

Althought some posts said to call for help, that is not possible and is not supported for this issue. If you are not receiveng the email with the automatic reset, you need to create a request for this action. You create a request in Apple Express Lane ----> https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do (yes, another link)

Select 1) iTunes

2) iTunes Store

3) Account Mgmt

4) iTunes Store account security + complete questions + issue (reset security questions)

5) Sign into your account

6) Select email conplete form, include ID and send.

My response was fast. You can try other options chat or call but there is a wait time.

Hope this helps!

DON'T FORGET -

1) You should change your password

2) Make sure your emergency email address is correct when resetting these security questions.

3) Don't foget these answers!
