Forgot security questions

Maple feng-me: have you checked you junk or spam folders that reset email will be in that folders or you can try again with differ op system using differ pc

I forgot my security questions too and I don't see any link to reset it, apple please reset it.

The solution the "richyo" sugguested worked for me.

I never saw the resest security questions link underneath, and I got locked out and tried many times.

Just email itune support and request security questions reset. They will do that and you will get response within 24hr. I got mine reset by sending email to them.

Well, Apple's response to me has neither been quick nor helpful. I got an email saying they were going to look into it and then no more responses again and it has been more than 48 hours. I understand that the questions slightly improve security but the way they are used definitely exponentially increases user frustration. I think this should be considered an Apple fail. I miss the days when "it just works" was the norm.

i contacted support and the guy told me to put my credit card on the billing info or change your payment method through going to itunes and clicking account. apparently that verifys your account as well. You should be able to purchase things after saving the changes; i could.

because apple in all there wisdom took it off there and now we are out of luck email them and wait goodluck

Apple support couldnt tell me this....

I can see the link but. When I click it it doesn't send me the email I've done this several times and won't work
