Did the update and now my iphone 4s wifi does not connect to my home wifi. It just sits there with the little circle going round and round. My ipad3 updated and works fine... Help..

Have the same problem, on iPhone AND iPad3...
It comes and goes BTW
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Has any of this been tried?
Might also be necessary to power cycle the router, but this is really only relevant if the device is only having issues connecting to this specific network.
What will happen if I reset network settings? It scares me to restore anything to factory settings because I am afraid of loosing anything or everything. Or that I won't be able to figure out how to get connected to wifi again...
you can also press the wi-fi reset button on your router.
