05/11 PARIS until 06PM it works (i'm notified by email of all new posts....so i would say it was down for me during 4 hours.

why can't Apple officially update this situation
Sill not working here in Florida (not that location has a thing to do with it natrually...). Once in a while I get a few emails to load, but not completly. It's been virtually useless since very early this morning. Not acceptable really, a few minutes, or an hour down OK but all day, NG. Outgoing mail seems to work at the moment, but not incoming.
icloud email down here in Bellevue, Washington since 7:00 am pacific. Apple says only affecting small poplulation, not sure I believe that. icloud email on iphone trying to load, can only see who the emails are from but not the content, its driving me crazy. Outgoing emails seem to work but not incoming, anyone else having this problem?

1800MYAPPLE just says (basically), "Yeah, sorry, dude. Still down. Bummer." I've called them twice. Same answer both times. "Sorry." 😐
I'm in NYC. Mine has been down for over 24 hours as of now (5pm on 5/11/12).
Right now I cannot access my iCloud mail and I haven't been able to do so all day. I am in the United Kindgom.
I've tried web access as well as Mail on my Mac but neither works.
Unsure what TS4002 is but I've been unable to retrieve new email from iCloud for over 24 hours. When I login on iCloud.com it says it's a server issue.
Glad I worked so hard to consolidate all of my email in one place: iCloud. 😟
In San Diego it's been off all afternoon, still down as of 3:29 PM. The status report says <1% of users affected. Ah, I've finally made it out of the 99%!

I wish they would Post notices about this. I spent over 30 minutes with applecare this morning. She didn't know till putting me on hold for tem minutes and them coming back to tell me.
Down here in Brisbane since yesterday.
Here in Sydney, Australia we can't get iCloud to work properly on any of our devices - including iMac. With a lot - and I mean a lot - of patience, one or two messages dribble through. Mostly it times out saying something about no server.
