It's not likely likely you are going to find a simple app to do all of that. Ther are some enterprise solutions, such as Prolog, but that won't be cost effective if you are a small operation.

Best bet is to search the app store. A lot of what you want to do will not necessarily be construction specific, so keep that in mind when setting search terms.

You might want to look into Construction Superintendant, Construction Estimating App, Construction Daily Report. No first hand experience, so just a lead, not a recommendation (my company uses Prolog).

You'll likely need at least two apps for those requirements, one on the billing and invoicing component, and another on the sketch component.

I can't say anything about invoicing, but for the sketching, check out Note Taker HD by Dan Bricklin. I've got it, and it is very good for producing sketches on graph paper.

Good approach. Search for billing, invoicing, timekeeping, and project management apps in the app store and you should find a bunch. Most are fairly generic (which is good), so you can adapt them to whatever industry or trade you need.

I'd have to agree with that approach. Any app handling those types of activities that includes a little flexibility would likely do the job.
