Navid,

As I said at the outset, the EFI password reset is best handled by Apple. Contact Apple, explain your situation, and try to work with them to resolve this problem. Then, as X---X said, it you set a new EFI password, write it down some where that it will not get lost.

Start with: http://www.apple.com/contact customer support, and explain your problem, location and ask what you can do to get help.

I hate to be the curmudgeon, everyone wants to help. That said, Apple has explicit rules regarding Iran (long standing trade embargo; this includes use of the software in restricted regions):

http://store.apple.com/Catalog/US/Images/MacOSX.htm

8. Export Law Assurances.
You may not use or otherwise export or reexport the Apple Software except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Apple Software was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the Apple Software may not be exported or re-exported (a) into (or to a national or resident of) any U.S. embargoed countries (currently Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria) or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person’s List or Entity List. By using the Apple Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.

Another note, you mentioned:

there is Apple's representative in Iran

To be clear, Apple has no official presence in Iran.

Would still like to help, but wanted to set expectation since we're treading in a very delicate area...

Well it's almost a long time after your comment. But FYI apple products are very easy to buy in Iran and all the stores are full of new products! That's right there is no official apple retailer in Iran, but I assume the goods are exported from dubai, china or anywhere!

Moreover you can always buy something from apple stores outside Iran when you're traveling! so every apple product in Iran is not stolen!

The problem is there is no authorized repair center to go to!

That's all
