No. What do your messages say?
com.apple.launchd[1] (com.apple.flashupdater[41220]): posix_spawn("/usr/libexec/flashupdater", ...): No such file or directory
com.apple.launchd[1] (com.apple.flashupdater[41220]): Exited with exit code: 1
com.apple.launchd[1] (com.apple.flashupdater): Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds
Looks like Flashback to me. Check out ~/Library/LaunchAgents, /System/Library/LaunchAgents, /System/Library/LaunchDaemons, /Library/LaunchAgents, and /Library/LaunchDaemons and see which one is spawning flashupdater. That will tell you how bad the infection is. After you have poked around a bit, then run Software Update.
That's the Flash updater included in Mac OS 10.7.4. It doesn't work on a case-sensitive boot volume, which is what you have.

Correct. See this post: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3952378?tstart=0
and change your com.apple.flashupdater.plist file. That should take care of it.
Thank you both for your input. Yes, the file systems are case-sensitive and the OS is 10.6 on all the machines. I searched the bill of materials files and noticed - /usr/libexec/FlashUpdater then discovered the mistake in the plists. I adjusted the launchd plists and the problem is solved.
