What is a good app for organizing pictures?

I can't find a good answer to this question, no matter how I word it in the search box for this forum. Many people have strong opinions about this but I haven't been able to find the answer to this simple question. Is there an app that will let me easily create new album/folders to keep my pictures in and will it let me sort my pictires the way I want to sort them? I don't think this is too much to ask. If I can drag elements from a game all over the screen of my iPad why is it so hard to find an app that will let me drag and drop my pictures into the order I want them in my album?

I have read reviews of every photo organizing app I could find and they all seem to have some short of short coming. The pictures won't stay in the order I dropped them, you can't rename the pictures in the folder/album, you can't delete pictures in an album, you can't delete an album once its created.etc. etc. I don't want something that makes me share my pictures on Facebook or twitter, I already have apps for that, they are called Facebook and Twitter.

I don't mind if it is a replacement for Camera Roll I am sure that Apple doesn't want to allow an app that will work within their installed camera, photo album or photo stream apps. I get that, but I just want to be able to drag my photo's into the sequence I want them in case I want to do a slide show with them.

iPad 2, iOS 5, WiFi, 3G, 32 GB White.

I downloaded Photo Manager Pro and so far I like it. I like that I can easily import photo's into folders, create folders and subfolders on the fly and import photos into them. I like that it is a universal app so I can put it on both my iPad and iPhone. I am not crazy about having to turn location services on, but I guess that it makes sense to be able to keep track of where photos were taken.

I really like the fact that when I put this on my wifes iPad & iPhone we can share photo's via WiFi between our devices without having to email them. Apple needs to buy this company and make this the standard photo app.

I use The Photo Manager Pro app. It does everything that you seem to want. You can easily and quickly import any photos on your ipad into the app, make and delete albums, sort them in any order you want, caption them, export via

email, etc. If you have a problem or question, I've found their customer service to be very good. I've used this app since I got my first Ipad, and they keep adding new and useful features.

I am trying Photo Manager Pro. Its ok, but you can't drag anything. My biggest problem with it, and I am now in touch with support at Photo Manager, is that when you create a folder, and put a picture into it, this creates a second copy of your picture. I don't want to do that and a database of pictures should be able to just use a pointer instead of actually copying the picture.
