I just re-installed an app that I deleted last year. The app store shows that it's installed but it doesn't show up anywhere on my iPad. I have plenty of space, so I know that isn't the problem. I can't even delete it to attempt re-installing again. Any ideas about what happened and how I can fix this problem? I also reported the problem to the app developer in case it's a bug.

This is a really basic troubleshooting step. Try resetting the iPad and see if the app appears - or see if you are able to download it again.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Check in settings>general>restrictions>on. Do you have installing apps disabled .......
Why don't you do a search? From the first homes screen, swipe to the right to get to the Spotlight Search. Type in the app name and hit go on the keyboard and see if it shows up.
Demo, I don't have installing app disabled. I install apps all the time and haven't had this problem before. I also tried the spotlight search and it doesn't show up. But when I go to the app store and look up the app it says "installed".
